South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking an Office Clerk for a busy, fast-paced service department at our West Palm Beach location:

As an Office Clerkyou will help dispatch the field service technicians and assist the service supervisors with daily operations such as receiving and saving reports and photos from service jobs, filing CAT warranty reports, process service calls, and invoices.

And other various clerical office-related duties as assigned.

Extensive computer skills in the following Microsoft programs: AX Dynamics, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Strong oral and written communication skills and time management skills.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job and the ability to work in a team environment.

Possess regular and prompt attendance. Looking for someone with a positive and energetic personality. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
