Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Timecard posting, track hours for customer jobs
- Write contracts and track truck rentals (minimal)
- Post to several spreadsheets using Excel
- Enter work orders to invoice to customers using Top Shelf software
- Process motor vehicle applications from vehicle sales (minimal)
- Manage EPA requirements for permits
- Inventory management and price updating
- Order office supplies, answer phones, general office duties.
Role Requirements
- Accurate typing skills and 10 key as well as good mathematical skills necessary.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel with at least 2-year experience.
- Mechanical and Inventory Management preferred.

Salary: From 22.00 per hour, starting up to 25.00 depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 per week.
