Office Clerk.

As an integral part of our operations, the Office Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office processes. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain organized and up-to-date records to facilitate efficient tracking and reporting.
-Assist in general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
-Provide support to the logistics team in coordinating and executing daily administrative functions.
-Respond to inquiries via phone or email promptly and professionally.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Skills:
-Prior experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
-Effective communication skills.
