Job Description
As an entry level representative, you will be responsible for Responding to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face. The successful candidate must have a basic knowledge with Microsoft word/excel, computer skills, Superior Communication and writing skills You must have the ability to be highly efficient in the days work given. Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer invoices and transactions related to the credit department.
- Creates invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Process customer credit in a daily basis.
- Research customer discrepancies with the assistance of the Manager and other credit employees.
- Speak directly with Customers regarding their account and invoices.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Required skills/ Abilities:
- Check company email periodically.
- Working directly with customers and/or the Sales Team to obtain information about issues or concerns.
- Great customer service skills
- Basically, knowledge in Microsoft excel and word.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Proficiency on numeric keypad.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times
