- 5 years office and customer service experience
- 5 years prior work experience in Real Estate or as a Property Manager helpful
- MUST HAVE Excellent computer skills and data entry experience
- Eager to learn proprietary software
- Expert in MS and Excel

- Learn to Sell new and pre-owned homes
- Perform inspections
- Handle daily administrative and office tasks
- Collect, post, and process monthly account receivables
- Advertise made-ready Rentals and Homes for Sale
- Update tenant profiles and leases
- Learn landlord-tenant Laws
- Conduct inspections of community, grounds and rental units
- Manage tenant relations and retention
- 90 Day Intensive training
- Effective Communicator and People-Person
- Must be outgoing, friendly, personable, resourceful, adaptable, and have an inquisitive nature
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Competencies in MS Office, Google platforms, Excel, and relevant databases and software
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
