Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and update applicant tracking systems
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, such as organizing files and documents
- Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
- Handle general office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Proofread job descriptions and other recruitment materials for accuracy and clarity
- Provide excellent customer support to candidates and internal stakeholders
Skills:
- Front desk experience or strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software
- Strong clerical skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records
- Computer literacy with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Calendar management skills to schedule interviews and meetings
- Data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in written materials
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
