Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling mail
- Accounts receivable / Accounts payable
- Maintain Front office. (dusting, stocking, cleaning)
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist with data entry and order entry, Quickbooks experience a plus
- Provide general clerical support to the team
- Greet customer and back up checking in customers.
- Check out customers
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Employee benifit/payroll assistance
- File warranty paperwork and assist with receiving parts
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
