```Responsibilities```
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, filing documents, and opening & closing case files
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Data Entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
