As the Office/Front Desk Assistant at PVECS you will be responsible for greeting and checking patients in, as well as ensuring paperwork, insurance information and other important details are accurately obtained. You will also be responsible for answering and managing the main phone line, scheduling patient appointments, entering and collecting charges, insurance verification, obtaining referrals and authorizations, and other front office duties.
We are seeking an individual with an ability to effectively communicate in a manner that represents our "patient first" philosophy and regards themselves as someone who provides excellent customer service.
The office utilizes modern technology so advanced computer and phone skills are important. Knowledge of scheduling systems, insurance verification processes beneficial but not necessary. Interest and ability to cross cover as a technician would be highly regarded.
