Office Assistant will answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties in this local funeral home. Will also, collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries. Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents. Receive payment and record receipts for services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent people skills.
• High energy individual.
• Must be bondable.
• MS Office Suite, experience with Publisher, preferred
• Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Reliability is crucial
• Able to work independently.
• Must have the ability to multi-task
• Professional dress required
