Looking to hire an Office assistant for a HVAC mechanical contracting company.
HVAC knowledge and dispatch experience is preferred.
Job duties include: Answering phones, dispatching calls, making collection calls, ordering parts, assisting in daily work, filing, making sure office stays clean and organized. Must have good communication skills. This is an entry level office position, but there is room for advancement.
Compensation will be based on experience and will be discussed in job interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
