Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position requires a combination of administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal assistance, and general office administration. Computer literacy is essential for this role.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and assist with their inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prep rental campers (cleaning, restocking supplies)
- Perform general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
