Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in implementing our warehouse expansion project as well as supporting the daily operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include clerical tasks, office management, order/data entry, and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage various projects within the office
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Order entry and shipping
- Organize and maintain office files and documents
- Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge on Sage 100 preferred
- Knowledge on EDI or True Commerce preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
