Salary### Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in office software, has excellent communication skills, and is able to multitask effectively.
### Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinate and schedule appointments,
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
- Help with Prior Authorizations
- Provide support in organizing and coordinating projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
### Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience working in a medical office is a plus
