Our office is seeking a Part-Time Service Administrator to join our team. This person will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to assist departments within our HVAC Contracting Business Office. The ideal candidate will be organized and possess a self-starter attitude. The hours of the position will be approximately 12 to 15 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Days and hours may be flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist our Service Department with day-to-day operations including answering incoming calls, preparing and processing tablet service invoices after call completion
- Assist all office personnel with clerical and administrative tasks, as required
- Assist our Accounting Department with day-to-day operations including scanning, data entry, and filing documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Office Administration or other related field
- Strong Computer Skills
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Attention to detail is critical
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
