Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Loan Officers to facilitate the mortgage loan process from application to closing.
- Assist in collecting and organizing client documentation for loan applications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, and internal team members to ensure a seamless process.
- Conduct preliminary underwriting reviews to ensure loan files meet required guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan files in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in managing the pipeline to ensure timely and efficient loan processing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mortgage lending or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and loan origination software (experience with Encompass is a plus).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- This is a full-time in-office only role. No remote possibilities.
