We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Assist with data entry and order entry tasks
- File and maintain documents, both physical and electronic
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Provide support to other team members as needed

- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficient in proofreading documents for errors or inconsistencies

- Transcription skills for accurately documenting important information
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
