Medical Office Assistant

Job Summary

Immediate hire to help within office.

Busy and fast paced physical medicine clinic seeks Front Desk and Administration work. Seeking team-player, hard-working and multi-tasking individual for front desk.

Candidate must possess knowledge of:

-Excellent customer service

-Outstanding communication/patient interaction ability

-Ability to multi-task is a must

- Office is fast paced steady work load, experience using Microsoft Word & Excel-Organization, grammar, and math skills-Keyboarding at least 40wpm

-Chiro/Medical Billing education / experience preferred

-Greeting patients

-Answering phones

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
