Job Summary
Initial Responsibilities / Expectations:
- Perform various tasks as assigned in a timely manner.
- Communicate regularly with the Design Team regarding the status of tasks assigned.
- Data entry of FF&E specifications and / or proposals.
- Responsible for facilitating a resolution for product damages and replacements, and communicating with suppliers and customers until completion.
- Product inquiry via telephone and email.
- Creation of tracking reports and reviewing with the designer.
- Administrative duties, such as: email, send / receive packages, answer telephones in a professional courteous manner, etc.
- Punctual and reliable attendance is expected.
Responsibilities will evolve as the right person learns more about our operations.
Education Requirements:
- High School Degree
Experience Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years office related experience
Other Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
