Duties:

- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring timely completion
- Assist with file organization and data management
- Act as an assistant to the office manager, handling various tasks as assigned
- Daily cash handling and reconciling

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using office software

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. This position has a 6:30am start time and requires two weekends a month.
