We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who thrives in a busy environment.
Duties will include:
- Answering phones & greeting walk in customers.
- Client communications and updates.
- Inventory management for project materials.
- Working with the project management team on keeping a schedule.
- Assist with data entry, typing, scanning, copying, filing, etc.
- Assist with financial accounting as needed, prior QuickBooks experience is a plus.
- Simple office cleaning duties.
- Basic overall Office Assistant duties to keep work flow progress.
- Basic assistant duties for the owners as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Docs is a must as well as a good knowledge of online cloud storage.
- Basic Math and accounting knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Organization, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
- Basic skills and attitude to be recognized as what they call a "go-getter".
- QuickBooks experience desired but not required.
Pay will be based on experience level.
