Office Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and organized person to join our office staff at Accountable Driver Education. At our office we manage 5 driving school locations spread across Wisconsin and Minnesota.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 1pm-6pm

Skills Required:

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Duties will include:

Answer phone calls

Respond to E-mails

Greet students and parents

Assist students in scheduling lessons

Complete general office duties to help our office run smoothly

Duties may include:

Manage social media posts and online advertising
