Your role is vital to free up time for other team members to pursue new clients, maximize the potential of our existing clients and optimize the delivery of our services. Our schedule can be flexible to suit your life. You will be paid the same holidays as our full-time employees. You will be given a fuel expense and mileage to use your vehicle for company errands. You will receive free or reduced pricing for landscaping and maintenance services. You will be reimbursed for cell phone expense as well as internet expense for your home office. This can be your choice of either a 1099 position, or W-2. If you have experience with landscape design and/or client relations, this could progress into a fulltime position if you are interested.

JOB DUTIES - PRIMARY
- Accounts Receivable - Collect time sheets from the crews and generate invoices to the clients in a timely manner; Communicate with clients as needed regarding invoice balances
- Accounts Payable – making sure vendors, subcontractors, banks, taxes are paid in a timely manner
- Book keeping – making sure expenses and income are properly recorded
- Filing – vendor receipts, timesheets, client data, tax data
- Ordering necessary supplies for office work
JOB DUTIES – SECONDARY
- Assist with scheduling work to the crews
- Ordering materials and supplies
- Payroll
- Tax forms and tax payments
- If you are interested, and have experience in landscape design and/or client relations, this could be a fulltime position for you
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with the above type duties is required, experience in the landscaping industry is a plus
- English speaking, bi-lingual Spanish is a plus
- Be available by phone call, text, in-person meeting as needed by the owner, foreman, supervisors and crew
- Computer skills required – quickbooks, word, excel, google drive, email
- Driving position – must have valid drivers license, insurance, exclusive use of a vehicle
- Communication skills – ability to communicate professionally: in person meetings, phone calls, text, emails with coworkers, clients, potential clients & vendors
- Provide your own home office with internet connectivity
- Provide your own computer, laptop or other compatible device (cannot be a phone)
