Office Assistant

We are a growing lawn care company looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations and customer service in our office. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Organize office and assist associates
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Field customer phone calls with a high level of courtesy
• Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
• Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
• Skills
• Proven experience as an Office Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
