Office Assistant / Receptionist
Siouxland Trailer Sales is seeking an Office Assistant in our Pacific Juntion, IA service facility.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
- Answer phones, direct calls, take messages
- Uphold customer service and assist customer’s needs
- Direct them to the correct department
- Send copies of invoices or forms
- Maintain a clean and organized office
- Order office supplies
- File work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Assist the Service manager, Parts department, and Salesmen
- Prepare paperwork needed for shop techs
- Example: DOT forms, Testing & Inspection Paperwork, PM forms, etc.
- Send out reminders to customers that their trailers / units are due for testing or inspection
Work with us:
- Work Hours 9 am to 2:30pm
