Siouxland Trailer Sales is seeking an Office Assistant in our Pacific Juntion, IA service facility.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

• Answer phones, direct calls, take messages
• Uphold customer service and assist customer’s needs
• Direct them to the correct department
• Send copies of invoices or forms
• Maintain a clean and organized office
• Order office supplies
• File work orders, invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
• Assist the Service manager, Parts department, and Salesmen
• Prepare paperwork needed for shop techs
• Example: DOT forms, Testing & Inspection Paperwork, PM forms, etc.
• Send out reminders to customers that their trailers / units are due for testing or inspection

Work with us:

• Work Hours 9 am to 2:30pm

Expected hours: 25 per week
