Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, taking messages, and routing calls to appropriate staff members.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring they are easily accessible.
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned.
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients or customers.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks & Excel knowledge is a must.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and phone systems.
- Proficient in file management and organization.
- Excellent project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Accurate data entry skills for order entry tasks.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
