**Duties:**
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, email correspondence, and answering phones.
- Transcribe notes and information accurately.
- Enter orders and maintain order entry systems.
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies.
- Assist in maintaining daily route operations.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
**Requirements:**
- Proficiency in transcribing information accurately.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Experience working in a service industry setting is a plus.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of phone systems and handling calls professionally.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or receptionist is advantageous.
