Small, well-established and regarded chimney company, located in Merrimack, NH is seeking a PART TIME Scheduling Administrative Assistant to manage and support our operations alongside our Business Manager. We are looking for a personable, mature, reliable individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role is heavily scheduling focused with attention prioritized to phone and email communications. Duties also include standard clerical tasks.
Knowledge of Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks is a must. Excellent customer service, problem solving skills and attention to detail is required for this multifaceted position.
The chosen candidate will train with and work alongside our Business Manager on a PART TIME schedule. This position has a potential to transition to a full time role.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 1pm – 5pm.
