Position Overview:
Olympic Aviation is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Assistant to support our Chemicals Sales Manager in day-to-day office tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The position offers a dynamic work environment as part of a two-person team, directly reporting to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in office clerical tasks using a Windows-based laptop, including managing Outlook emails.
- Work with the company's ERP system for various sales operations.
- Communicate with product vendors for pricing and stock inquiries.
- Follow up on existing orders and place new orders as needed.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Undertake additional office clerical tasks as required.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented commination skills and outgoing personality
- Basic business-oriented math competency, including the ability to convert various measurements.
- Proficiency in using Windows computers.
- Previous office experience.
- A willingness to learn and grow within the company.
