Office Assistant

Antoine's Bakery Metairie in Metairie, LA is looking for one Office Assistant to join our 14 person strong team. We are located on 3030 Severn Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

• Complete Office tasks including working with Vendors, reviewing daily emails, working with staff and reviewing and process invoices and completing payroll. Proficient with computers and team player.

Qualifications

*At least 1 year Office experience *Excellent People Skills and enjoy working with the public *Complete task in a timely and productive manner *Excellent with Computers and Spreadsheets.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $14.00 - $22.50/hour.
