Office Assistant

We are a growing real estate and construction company searching for a diligent Office Assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for assisting with incoming mail, e-mail, phone calls and invoices/receipts from our vendors and field personnel, occasionally meeting with customer prospects, keeping our files organized and keeping our office running in top condition. $30,500 - $32,500 yearly

• Plan community events to market the company and increase brand awareness
• Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
• Order office equipment and supplies as needed
• Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
• Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community

• High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
• Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
• History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
• Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
