```Job Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks using Computer Ease
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
