Office Assistant

Print Art, the largest full service Custom Apparel & Digital Printing company in the Daytona Beach, FL, is looking for an Office Assistant.

Job Duties:

· Assist customers with custom orders.

· Give customers quotes dependent on what they are seeking to order.

· Answering the phones.

· Create invoices and collect payments.

· Greet walk-in customers in a positive manner.

· Act as a liaison between the customers and the art/production department.

· Maintain communication with customers over the phone and through email.

· Process and arrange shipments.

· General office/clerical duties.

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to maintain a positive attitude within any given situation.

· Must be an organized individual and maintain a neat work environment.

· Knowledge of quickbooks is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
