Job Description
We are seeking an Office Assistant Customer Service to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
This is a part-time position only. 9 AM to 2 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
- Keep and maintain the cleanliness of the office space.
- Make sales calls every day to at least 15 businesses through our CRM software.
- Send weekly email campaigns.
- Call customers and follow up on estimates.
- Must have a thorough understanding of Internal POS software.
- Must have a good understanding of the design software. Adobe, Corel, etc
Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in marketing and advertising field.
- Must know about social media.
- Must be willing to drive and market/ advertise nearby areas.
- Must be proficient to plan your day and work on your plan.
- Fluent communication with managers and sharing ideas on how to grow company sales.
- Must have the ability to support during production.
- Must have the ability to coordinate with the contractors and follow through directions.
- In case of doubt ask as many questions as possible to gain knowledge in the field.
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
