Are you friendly, motivated, tech-savvy, and organized? Peace of Mind Hospice 2 LLC is seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and organize office files and records
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and paper records
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
