Office Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an organized, energetic and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and accuracy, very confidential, and be able to handle changing priorities with flexibility and adaptability, and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word) and (Excel).

Responsibilities:

• Preparing Rate Quotes
• Data entry
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experienced in office procedures
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle changing priorities with flexibility and adaptability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word) and typing
• Quick Books Experience Helpful
• Knowledge of Inventory procedures helpful
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
