Office Assistant
The Office Assistant reports to the Assistant Controller. We are looking for a talented individual that is interested in building relationships based on the immutable principles of ability, integrity, benevolence, safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement. You will be part of developing solid relationships of trust with our clients, coworkers, suppliers, and all other stakeholders to advance our business model in current markets and expand into new ones.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing credit card transactions and training card users on procedures.
- General office duties include answering the phone, stocking supply closet, and assisting with office events and functions.
- Position is an entry level position and as such will be trained as a backup on various duties. Successful applicants will differentiate themselves by identifying areas of need for the company and making improvements in processes regardless of the task or group that needs assistance.
- Problem solve, drive continuous improvement, build relationships of trust.
- All other tasks as assigned.
