Office Assistant

Superior Fence & Rail of Milwaukee is an industry leader seeking an experienced part-time Office Assistant with opportunity for advancement. Pay would be $17-20+/hour, depending on experience. Full-time is also an option for the right candidate.

Job responsibilities include:
● Providing administrative and customer service support to the outside sales team
● Making outbound calls to set appointments with prospective customers
● Receiving inbound calls from customers
● Learn permitting process/requirements for various local municipalities

● Contact for utility locates completed through Diggers Hotline

● In-house process for new contracts
● Use industry specific software to produce materials list
● Enter sales orders, receive inventory
● Submit invoices for payment and process payments
● Assisting operations personnel as needed

Minimum requirements:
● 2+ years of office experience
● QuickBooks Online experience a plus
● Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)

● Proficient in typing and computer skills
