- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and organize office files and documents
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Serve as a clerk by handling various office tasks and responsibilities
- Provide support to the owner of the company
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Transcribe documents or recordings accurately and efficiently
- Assist with personal tasks as assigned

Pay: $15.90 - $17.24 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
