Office Assistant

Wood Dale Based Non Alcoholic Beverage distributor, is seeking an outgoing person for a part time position in Office Assistant Customer Support. We sell and distribute to various types of hospitality accounts on premise accounts such restaurants; as well retail operations such as grocery markets. We are looking for a person with great customer service skills, for primarily taking and entering customer orders on the phone at our office and filing. This position is Monday thru Thursday, with hours from 10-4. The candidate should have the desire to learn a new position; work independent in the office and not afraid to ask questions. Previous similar office work experience preferred, and candidate needs to be proficient in various computer programs including Microsoft Office and Quick Books and experience in telephone sales and email correspondence sales.
