Job Description
We are a small CPA firm looking for a responsible assistant to organize day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate administrative activities and support office staff. They must be highly organized and able to multitask with ease while maintaining attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients;
- Answering and directing phone calls;
- Maintaining schedules and calendars for staff;
- Maintaining internal databases;
- Printing, organizing, storing, filing documents;
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail;
- Completing light bookkeeping; and other duties as needed.
- Proven reliability and experience as an Office Assistant;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent computer skills with an aptitude to learn new software;
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite;
- Great written and oral communication skills;
- Discretion with confidential information.
