Job Summary: 
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our Property Management team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Please note, this is a 3-month temporary position, 30hrs per week, might be ideal for a College student. 

 

Duties:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing support
- Prepare and organize documents, including filing and data entry
- Provide support to other team members as requested by the Property Manager

 

Experience:
- Previous experience in Property Management providing administrative or office support is preferred but not needed
- Knowledge of Property Management is a plus
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Experience with computerized systems such as Onesite is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
