Job Summary:
Automation Integration is seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office and facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform standard office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting visitors.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including preparing packages for shipment and receiving deliveries.
- Assist with light facility maintenance duties to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office and facilities, including common areas and restrooms.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs safely.
- Previous warehouse inventory experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Comfortability handling handguns and familiarity with handgun knowledge is preferred, but not required
