Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information
- Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed
- File and organize documents, ensuring they are easily accessible
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent file management skills to ensure documents are properly stored and easily retrievable
- Team player
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience with billing preferred
- Customer service in the health field preferred
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
