We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
```Duties```
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Perform clerical duties such as responding to emails, printing, data entry, creating spreadsheets ect.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Provide support to other team members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role is preferred but willing to train.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to type accurately at a moderate speed
