Job Description:
Established and growing electronic recycling company looking to hire experienced or quick learning applicant for an Office Assistant position. Typical job duties will be answering phones, general customer service and assisting with the daily workflow duties of the Office Manager. This position offers growth potential within the company and training so that candidate may be able to assist in some other departments when needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent computer skills. Must be experienced in all Microsoft Office Applications.
- Must have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Consistent and accurate typing skills. Minimum of 40 WPM.
Preferred skills (not required):
- Knowledge of graphics and/or video editing software.
- A basic understanding of computers, telecom, and networking equipment.
Job Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
