- Salary: $3890 to $4650 per week
- Schedule: Weekends Off
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking messages and providing information as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is neat, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy office environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional customer service skills
