Office Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires excellent computer literacy skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Utilize Google Suite to create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong computer literacy skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.88 - $22.74 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 16 per week
