Office Assistant

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
• Manage office supplies and order new materials when needed.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Organize and maintain documents in an orderly fashion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
