OFFICE ASSISTANT
We are a growing termite and pest control company looking for a full time Office Assistant in Campbell, CA. The position is for Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm (not flexible).
The right candidate for the position is punctual, organized, self-motivated and must have the ability to multi-task. Qualified applicants must be able to type at least 50+ WPM, feels comfortable working with a computer all day and feels comfortable talking on the phone to customers, crews and inspectors. The Office Assistant would work directly with the Office Manager. We are willing to train the right candidate.
*Experience with Salesforce and Paint is a major plus.
The daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Daily processing and logging of all incoming termite inspection reports
- Daily processing of the previous day’s treatment paperwork, service calls and annual inspection reports
- Printing the next day’s paperwork for treatments, service calls, annuals, wood repairs and inspector field sheets
- Occasionally helping out with filing of all signed, processed and completed paperwork
- Answering calls from crew members and inspectors
- Answering Customer Service calls, which include:
- Scheduling service calls and annuals
- Scheduling new termite inspections
- Answering customer questions (with training)
- Taking payments over the phone

Wages: Starting - $18 - $20 per hour; with a pay increase after passing 60 probationary period
